I really love this book. I purchased it during my first graduate level inorganic course as a supplemental text. My professor, while nice, was an awful teacher. He jumbled the material and made it far more confusing than it should've been. While this book is decidedly an undergraduate text, it really helped provide me with a stronger foundation. Some of the material that I had simply memorized in undergrad inorganic, was fully explained in this text. With a more solidified background, I could confidently fill in some of the gaps from lecture and tackle more upper level texts with aplomb. I definitely recommend this book. And I'm thankful that I found it.
My most-frequently-referenced textbook. Only one I've cover-to-covered.
